Irony
Too many issues of Cosmopolitian
On how to find and keep THAT man
But why is he late coming home from work
And a slightly ferrous taste in my mouth.
like passion, like lust, like an everyday glimpse; passion acrust
Too many issues of Cosmopolitian
On how to find and keep THAT man
But why is he late coming home from work
And a slightly ferrous taste in my mouth.

I hope where-ever you are, you are in a happy place
Smiling, gracefully, like you do everyday
I cannot help but think of your smile
Your eyes, your whims - even your sighs
I cannot help but think and ponder
The child, inside of me, that you have woken up to look yonder
This feeling of love
That you have injected me with
The happiness that I look forward to, the only thought that keeps up my chin
I wish that where-ever you are, you are in a happy place
The only place that I can think of that you would always be smiling from within
I hope wherever you are
You are always smiling
Laughing
Having the joy of your life
You have no idea
What you have taught me
You are a true inspiration
How could I ever live without you in my life?

Eid Mubarak to every single one of you.
Here's hoping that this year will be a great new year filled with happiness, and many needed accomplishments the world deserves to look forward to.

I got this very lovely poem sent to me through the email early today morning and I felt so touched by it that I though I would do the composer of it a small favor by posting it our humble but uniquely placed blog.
The poem is a child is has been diagnosed as having a terminal illness of Cancer. I hope and I pray that she would live to be strong and old and one be able to at least live her live, her dreams. Perhaps one day, she would stumble upon this blog in that time and read her very creation of her hands.
The poem is very nice titled "Slow Dance".
Have you ever watched kids
On a merry-go-round?
Or listened to the rain
Slapping on the ground?
Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight?
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?
You better slow down.
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.
Do you run through each day
On the fly?
When you ask How are you?
Do you hear the reply?
When the day is done!
Do you lie in your bed
With the next hundred chores
Running through your head?
You'd better slow down
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.
Ever told your child,
We'll do it tomorrow?
And in your haste,
Not see his sorrow?
Ever lost touch,
Let a good friendship die
Cause you never had time
To call and say,'Hi'
You'd better slow down.
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.
When you run so fast to get somewhere
You miss half the fun of getting there
When you worry and hurry through your day,
It is like an unopened gift....Thrown away.
Life is not a race.
Do take it slower
Hear the music
Before the song is over.

Thoughts are coming to mind and i’m wandering in the ocean of images, sounds, smell…
I feel confused… Have I ever really been there? Have I ever meet you in my life..
I can’t remember, cannot distinguish dreams from realty…
confused… tired… with a stone on my chest.
I wake up. Now.
I realized, yes.
It will be hard, I know.
I’ll have to fight, I’m not stupid.
But I am aware. And it’s worth for.
